I got asked a great question the other day that I think a lot of "newbies" often wonder, but never get around to asking.  I got asked if it was ok to do dropshipping on Amazon.   Really quick answer - I will say that most of the time it is ok to be doing dropshipping on Amazon.

Now for the drawn out version that I love to give.  Most cases I see no problem dropshipping on Amazon.  Like all situations though there is some things to consider.  You need to make sure that the supplier you have set up the relationship is ok wth you dropshipping on Amazon.  Some will have clauses where they only allow you to sell their products on your website.  You do not want to get canned because of violating their terms, so take the time and call them up, or just send them an email and ask if it would be ok if, in addition to selling products on your website, that you were able to implement a dropshipping on Amazon plan.

Most of the time suppliers do not care how you sell products, just as long as you are selling them and making them money.  In some rare cases I have seen a client sell the product just about everywhere when they were only giving permission to sell the products on their website.  I want to help you avoid any potential problems when first getting into dropshipping on Amazon.
